I have never held a stereo over my head

Sometimes I think I’ve lost so many things in my life that it’s actually what I know how to do best. True or not, how many times have I invited in the rain because of it? It’s an idea that’s worn quite thin, and now I expect only the joyful downpours, the ones that spill from the sky crashing with a blissful freedom my own self-imposed thunderstorms could never match.
